Resizing Your Ring
Why do your rings say they cannot be resized? I thought all rings could be resized.
Our rings cannot be resized, they must be exchanged for the size you need.
While it's commonly true that any ring can be resized by a skilled jeweler, there are many types of rings that will lose the integrity of their original design when the ring shaft is opened and closed during the resizing process.
All of the Second Amendment Rings that we make are designed with the correct proportions specifically for the ring size you select. Any attempt to resize the ring will result in the warping of the side insignia design and will make the circular top part of the ring look like an oval. You wouldn't be happy with the result, and you would void our ring warranty policy and our ring returns policy.
Due to the hardened nature of the metal, our Stainless Steel Bullet End Cap Rings can't be resized and are currently only available in sizes 10, 11, and 12. If your size falls anywhere in between, make sure to order the next size up. Don't hesitate to contact us for ways to prevent a larger ring from falling off your finger.
Our custom rings are all made to order in your requested size. If, upon receipt of a custom ring, it doesn't fit correctly, please contact us within 15 days so we can make arrangements to recreate the ring in the correct size. You will need to send the ring back to us before we cast a new one for you.
We know that your ring size will change over the years, or that you might want to wear your ring on a different finger. Whenever you need the ring resized, please contact us to start the process to return the original and have a new ring recreated in the right ring size.
